Our Journey
Village Tales is the homemade pickle brand of Village Foods. Our kitchen is run by elderly women who retired from government service and chose to begin a second innings of life. Together they make traditional pickles the way they always have at home, and share that taste with urban kitchens.
OUR PURPOSE
What Drives Us
Our initiative has two aims — to help tribal women earn a livelihood, and to bring traditional homemade pickles to urban kitchens. Every jar supports a woman's second innings and keeps village taste alive.
